xc_runner50 , who wanted Spike/Buffy, Satsu the Ex Spike didn't know about, but wished he did ;) Location is your choice.
This one isn't exactly location-y (it could happen anywhere), but it was really, really fun, plus there's a reference to L.A., so I like to think that satisfies the requirements.
References to the comics, which I haven't read, so sorry if I mess something up. (Is the "ma'am" thing right? I felt like I read that once upon a time.)
