lirazel: An outdoor scene from the film Picnic at Hanging Rock ([misc] twilight for the fail)

Just when I thought I was getting past my Twilight-mocking days....

Somebody else rant about this one for me.  I just...can't do it right now.

*headdesk*

[ETA]:  No, you know what?  I'm going to make everything okay again.

Or if that didn't work, this one should...

Or this one...

Hint: You might wanna fast-forward through the man confessing to get to the good stuff on that last one....

huh, yeah, wuthering heights does seem oddly similar...hm. (but with a stronger protagonist? bella...i just have so many issues with bella...)

...also, you may have already seen this, but if you ever need to explain why buffy wins over twilight to someone:
part one and part two.
it is just SO dead on. : )

I HAD NOT SEEN THAT BUT IT IS EPIC!

Thank you so much for sharing! Too awesome!

Though a small part of me is bitter about the "Angel will always be her soulmate" thing. But the awesomeness negates that.

hehe, i'm glad you like it! i just love how it puts the differences so simply, and so dead-on, and with LOLZ (or lulz?) for the twilight characters vs. the very mature buffy themes.

and i totally know what you mean about the angel thing... but i think, yeah, it works nicely for the greater meaning. : P
