Dollhouse!

Yay!

Warning: Capslock and flail ahead.
First off: we need to get this out of the way:

Enver. Gjokaj. My future husband. Genius. Emmy. Now. Yes. Us. Babies. Yes.

He makes me incoherent. And I need a just-Victor icon.

I'm entirely sincere when I say that the single thing that makes me most upset about the cancellation of this show is all the crazy Active roles he won't get to play. That man was designed for this show. I cannot get over his range. It blows me away. I just did not know what to do with myself whenever he was onscreen this episode. It was like--like when he was Dominic. Only hilarious. GAH!

I am not going to fill this post talking about how great he was. And how much I missed Sierra. Not gonna happen. So let's move along, shall we?

Random Dollhouse Thoughts:

1. SUMMER GLAU! Is pretty! And awesome! And entirely not normal, Joss, what were you talking about? I mean, I'm not complaining, because she was totally adorable and kick ass, but seriously? Not normal.
2. Speaking of kick ass: ADELLE DEWITT, LADIES AND GENTLEMEN. Are there any gentlemen on my flist? Have I forgotten about you? I swear, I love DeWitt more with every single episode. She gets more fab all the time. She's like Lilah, in a way, if Lilah was cold and British. It's that kind of level of kick ass.
3. Topher/Bennett--do I ship it? That would be a yes. BOTH TOPHERS CRUSHING ON BENNETT. TOO PERFECT.
4. The woman who played Cindy really bothered me. I feel like she was not a great actress. Is this just me?
5. Alexis's real accent freaks me out. It sounds so fake to me! But he is good.
6. I liked Echo a ton in these two episodes. No, really. I did. Except for the whole "She has power over people" thing. Unless that is, in fact, going to be explored and explained. Because maybe Joss has figured out that it makes no sense that everybody's so obsessed with her and he's writing in something to explain that? In which case: awesome.
7. Madeleine! *loves her* And I loved her kicking back at Ballard's paternalism with the whole "free to make her own mistakes" thing.
8. The Rossum guys are even more wily than I thought. Super wily.
9. OH! I nearly forgot about the big reveal! I was convinced that Mrs. Perrin was the doll and then they were like all "OH NO IT'S REALLY THE SENATOR" and then they were all "HE REALLY IS WHO HE SAYS HE IS ONLY NOT" and I was all "WHAT THE HELL THAT'S AWESOME."
10. I had to look away during the people getting beat up scenes. I can watch people shoot each other till doomsday, but actually beating each other up? Makes me wince. There is no explanation.
11. I missed Sierra. :(
12. I like that the D.C. dollhouse has a completely different look. Now I want to see every dollhouse in order to see all the different decors! Curse you, FOX, for taking away my ability to see them!
13. Is anyone else imagining that Joss got a big kick out of having a character say that Summer Glau is god? Anyone? Just me?
14. I want to know more about Caroline-and-Bennett. I feel that there is much interestingness there.
15. How on earth are they going to wrap all this up? It's so big! This could go on for seasons and seasons and seasons....
16. I'm certain I'm forgetting something worth commenting on. *ponders* Oh, well.

And now for
UM ALPHA. HELLS YES I LIKE YOUR SUIT, MR. TUDYK.

HELLS NO TO BALLARD/ECHO. CREEPER KEEPS GETTING CREEPIER.

Also, I think I've waited my whole life for Alan Tudyk to sit up all creepy in that chair and say, "Wanna cuddle?"

And there better be more Sierra in those episodes. And more Victor. Hopefully together. But if not, just there. And giving Enver more to do. BECAUSE HE CAN DO ANYTHING.
