Yeah, that's how I feel, too, but I get the feeling Joss wants to get his out of the way before the Avengers crazy starts to really dominate his every waking hour.

Oh well. At least I hadn't invested much hope in Joss being able to save S8 with the final arc. Now I won't be disappointed. :)
