In this challenge, you write a fic consisting of only three sentences in response to a prompt. All fandoms/characters/ships are welcome, and you can leave as many prompts and write as many fic as you like. Please leave only one prompt per comment, though there can be multiple fic "answers" to each prompt.

It started by accident; the one opportunity for power and control; I didn't really know who she was, other than my secret, and I didn't care at all; I could do it and make her believe the lie; let it wash down her mouth day after day after day; I flirted with truth and death and lies; I wove them into her.

Then the lies turned truth and the truth turned real; the fight turned bitter and the gun turned hers - and she didn't not fire, despite what I had done. She was the first ever to show me mercy, so when I climbed the barrister, I hoped she was grateful that I would show the same for her, and die.
