I said F. Scott and Zelda above, and I see Rory convincing him to go to her grandparents' huge costume ball on the condition that he can sit in the corner drinking alcohol and criticizing everyone and also he gets to be the one to decide how they organize their books (they've been arguing about it since they moved in together and still haven't been able to compromise). Rory thinks it's a fair deal.
