lirazel: An outdoor scene from the film Picnic at Hanging Rock ([btvs] not happy)

Um...

Since nobody else on lj seems to be talking about it, I guess I'll bring it up:

Does anybody have some thoughts on the newly revealed Buffy comic covers*?

I am...slightly perturbed. And then angry at myself for caring. BUT I CAN'T HELP IT, DAMNIT! My face? Looked like Bob's in my moodtheme. Just like that. And in case you were wondering, it's not the possible revelation of the identity of Twilight that bothers me. It's the thing I refer to in my tags.... Although even though I'm not reading the comics, that would be a stupid, stupid revelation. Stupid.

Emmie? Hon? Wanna explain this one for me?

*spoilers liek woah

Most of the chatter on the verse has been guessing about who twilight is based on the shape of the character (male) height (seems to be tall) and the expressions on the faces of the people watching the reveal. I think that may be the cover for the comic I'll be trying to get tomorrow. With this other one being the April issue, I'd be looking for an April Fool kind of plot twist. Maybe it's another dream sequence or something.

Yeah, I'd imagine so.

Ah, well! It's not like I'm reading the comics anyways! *goes gleefully back to the world of fanfic*

Oh! And your icon reminds me! This morning as I was driving to work, the most beautiful red fox ran in front of my truck before darting off behind someone's trashcans. I'm not an animal person, but it kind of made my morning.

Foxes are really pretty. I'm glad you missed him!

And yes, this is why we read and write fanfiction.
