I made this for Instagram people, but I thought I'd put it here. I don't know if anyone's interested in getting into kdramas right now, but just in case, these are my faves.

If any of y'all want to check out any of these and can't find them, let me know and I can probably hunt one down for you. (Finding illegal TV is my superpower, and I have no moral compunctions about it if they won't make it available legally. If they want to make money off of me, they should make it available legally on one of the major streaming platforms, and that is all I have to say about that.)

Nice list! White Christmas is currently available on Viki, at least in the US/Canada!
skygiants: Cha Song Joo and Lee Su Hyun from Capital Scandal in a swing pose (got that swing)

Those top three are also among my all-time favorites! And I've been meaning to check out White Christmas ...

Yess please watch White Christmas! Come meet my messy murder babies! The directing/cinematography is amazing, it's only 8 eps, and it's written by Park Yeon Sun, the same woman who wrote Age of Youth--it's really interesting to see the idiosyncrasies and preoccupations that this writer has that show up in two very different shows.

To be honest I've been kinda out of the kdrama loop recently too? The last two I finished and enjoyed were:

1. Kingdom on Netflix, which is a really interesting take on the zombie genre but given its main theme (class differences completely screw up the response to a disease outbreak because the rich are too busy trying to take/maintain their power and status than help the people they're supposed to protect) might feel a bit too relevant to current times. Also it gets really gory at times.

2. I also really liked Hotel del Luna and think it's now my favourite Hong Sister drama--the ending lost a bit of steam, but the writing made sense overall and I loved all the gender reversals (IU as a morally ambiguous, powerful immortal cursed due to her past as a vengeful bandit queen! Yeo Jin-gu as the soft hearted, kind ingenue love interest!). And of course you already know about the amazing wardrobe.

Crash Landing on You was good! The lead couple sorta reminded me of Gallya.
