To be honest I've been kinda out of the kdrama loop recently too? The last two I finished and enjoyed were:
1. Kingdom on Netflix, which is a really interesting take on the zombie genre but given its main theme (class differences completely screw up the response to a disease outbreak because the rich are too busy trying to take/maintain their power and status than help the people they're supposed to protect) might feel a bit too relevant to current times. Also it gets really gory at times.
2. I also really liked Hotel del Luna and think it's now my favourite Hong Sister drama--the ending lost a bit of steam, but the writing made sense overall and I loved all the gender reversals (IU as a morally ambiguous, powerful immortal cursed due to her past as a vengeful bandit queen! Yeo Jin-gu as the soft hearted, kind ingenue love interest!). And of course you already know about the amazing wardrobe.
