why not?
I love this game!
Also, while you're here: What 3 ships do you most associate me with?
Give me the title of a story I've never written, and feedback telling me what you liked best about it, and I will tell you any of: the first sentence, the last sentence, the thing that made me want to write it, the biggest problem I had while writing it, why it almost never got posted, the scene that hit the cutting room floor but that I wish I'd been able to salvage, or something else that I want readers to know.

Will comment on a fic of yours later. *g*

because after Spuffy, you have so *many* ships.
SO TRUE. My primary fandom occupation: shipper.
Looking forward to it!

Because it's another chance to mention how much I *loved* Verdigris. I think of you mainly as a late season, often post-series, Spuffy writer, so to read you really getting into their early years and addressing the possibilities was an amazing treat! The metaphors and use of verse that you wove in made it so rich, and I also loved the way you explored Willow's role from such a different perspective.

Which book is that from, btw? I know you have it labeled "Heyer," but I'm not sure which one.

And it reminds me that I need to read more Heyer.

But honestly: kicking all of the guys out of the story (except for that scene where the girls put the Winchester boys in their place, obvs) just made it really obvious to me just how much wasted potential there was on the show. Having Bonnie meet up with Pamela and get some actual guidance about her magic was something I think she really needed, and Elena dealing with all the grief in her life in ways that had nothing to do with the Salvatore brothers was way fun. Any of the scenes where The Girls Get Drunk (especially the one with Katherine!) were my favorite to write.

My favorite part to write, I gotta say, even more than Tommy-and-Jenny-are-in-love-in-the-arena, was the fact that I got to write it from Kevin's POV. Challenging, because poor boy is dense and doesn't know subtlety at alllllll, but fun because I had to struggle to communicate what's really going on with Tommy and Jenny without Kevin really being aware of it. Also: coming up with the culture of their district was way fun. Irish and Italian Boston in a future post-apocalyptic world? BEST.

I really liked Possibilitates Infinitas, that Dawn story you wrote where you explored all the different romantic relationships she could have had. I normally stay away from Dawn/Spike like it's the plague, but I tried it because it was you, and you made it utterly plausible and so endearing. Same with Xander/Dawn- your version was way better than the comics'- and Dawn/RJ, and I liked Cami, the OC in the one where Dawn realized she was bi. My favorites were Dawn/Andrew and Dawn/Gunn, though. So many possibilities, and you explored them all so respectfully and believably!

Yes, that one grew from my disatisfaction with Dawn's relationships (or lack thereof) in canon and how there just isn't enough Dawn shippy!fic in fandom, either. I started with the Dawn/Xander because I wanted to show myself it could be done right, and halfway through ended up starting the Dawn/RJ one, and then I said, "What the heck! I'll do as many as possible!" The Dawn/Spike was hardest for me because I'm usually squicked by them, too, but I think I pulled it off reasonably well, though I still couldn't make myself write one wherein Buffy was still alive. Dawn/Gunn was definitely my favorite, though: I wrote myself into love with them.
