So I follwed a rec by the_grynne and wound up at your FF.net page and was blown away. I won't tell you my FF.net name (because that would mean admitting I actually wrote that crap in my profile) but you can probably figure it out seeing as I just reviewed a story of yours, like, a minute ago.

That was a really long sentence.

I came to ask to friend you because your FF.net profile said you were lonely and I'm a sucker for things like that.

Friend away--though I must warn you that the Kyp Durron love in my interests is more a nostalgic thing; I think I've mentioned him once in the entire history of this journal. But he was the one who got me into fandom in the first place, so he deserves an honorary spot. Twilight on the other hand, gets good-naturedly hated on here with great frequency, so I can certainly supply that!

And I never even considered crossovers before I got sucked into choco_cherries, but ever since there's been this special part of my brain that crosses over everything, so I'm tickled to death to know that I may have converted you!

Heh, I myself moved on from the Star Wars Expanded Universe ever since stupid, stupid publishing company decided to kill my favorite New Jedi Order character for the stupidest reason, so…yeah. But certain books and certain moments and characters will have my love forever--Kyp maneuvering himself and Han and Chewie into the center of a mess of black holes with his eyes freaking closed and on pure Force power for instance

BTW, I am curious, is it Jaina Solo you ship him with? You said it was a Buffy-like character and she was the only one who came to mind

You should! There's some awesome stuff over there--tons of my friends writing crazy crossover fics. There's also choco_truffles, which has longer works.

I read through the end of the NJO and then gave it up. I heard they were going to make Jacen go evil, and since he was my second favorite character (after Kyp, obviously), I was pissed off. Who was your fav NJO character?

Yeah, that scene was awesome. I love Kyp so hardcore.

Yeah, it was Jaina. They really did have a very Spuffy-like relationship, strangely enough. Gah. My first ship. I'm majorly nostalgic right now!

It was Anakin Solo, who I fangirled like a fiend XD And though I'll say that his death scene was magnificent, the reason...ugh. They killed him because "having two Anakins in one fandom is too confusing" or something along that line >.<

And now, I'm actually sort of relieved they did it, because considering what they've done to Jacen and to Mara and how they hooked Jaina up with Jagged Fel instead of Kyp, Anakin's character got off intact and awesome to the end.

My suspicion was that it was Anakin, but I thought I'd be sure. Yeah, I think what happened was they wanted to kill off one of the Solo boys, and it was going to be Jacen, but they decided to go with Anakin because of the two Anakin thing. Personally, Jacen was my second favorite character in the EU (Traitor was my far and away my favorite SW book of all times), so I was glad it wasn't him...but then they ended up making him go completely evil and having his twin sister kill him. So maybe Anakin got lucky.
