i may have written three chapters today...of my fanfic. not of my book. which i have to force myself to write 1666 words of each day. WHY WHY WHY WHY WHY?

okay, now i'm going to work on book. ugh.

that's so amazing bb. I'm proud and delighted.

and also proud of you for getting back up on the horse for writing that novel. 80% of novel writing seems to be sheer force of will. and then the other 80% is editing and chopping. so just keep plugging away. it won't seem right at the moment. you may hate it and resent it. but at the end of the month, you'll have gems sprinkled through.

my pep talks are a little too promblematic.
