so there's been a meme going around on tumblr where someone gives you four actors and you create a movie for them to star in. i made some graphics! and i thought y'all might like to see them! i made movie posters!

Higher Education:
Dr. Jana Dayton (Sarah Michelle Gellar) has two goals in life: to get tenure as soon as possible and to keep the budget of the Gender and Ethnic Studies department where she’s a professor of Women’s Studies from being slashed into nothingness by an administration that doesn’t value it. But no one’s making it easy for her: hard-as-nails Provost Tracy Kerr (Allison Janney) thinks that the hard sciences and business are vastly more important than the humanities and social sciences; obnoxiously attractive philosophy professor Daniel Kohler (Michael Fassbender) seems bent on driving Jana absolutely insane (or so she complains in a the-lady-doth-protest-too-much sort of way); grad student Leandre Ménard (Francois Arnaud), whose thesis Jana is advising, keeps trying to seduce her using Simone de Beauvoir; and then there’s her sister Mara (Amy Poehler), a drugged-out wannabe rock star, who’s constantly getting in trouble and expecting Jana to bail her out. At least Jana’s got her best friend, art history professor Raveena Badal (Archie Panjabi), and her big brother Luke (Paul Rudd) on her side. She’s going to need all the help she can get.

Eight Degrees:
Rachel (Candice Accola) is incredibly excited that she convinced her parents to let her big sister Leah (Kristen Bell) chaperone a trip to Switzerland for her birthday. With her best friends Luz (Selena Gomez) and Nick (Harry Shum Jr.) and her cousin Lacey (Hannah Murray), Rachel and her sis take off to the Alps—only to find that their chalet has been double-booked by British university students Alex (Nicholas Hoult), Jake (Skandar Keynes), and Mason (Rupert Grint). It would have been pretty simple to straighten out the mix-up out…except that the blizzard to end all blizzards suddenly descends on the chalet and cuts them off from human contact. Tempers flare, personalities clash, and shenanigans ensue the young people are stuck in space way too small for eight. And of course hormones and UST take over—they’re young; what do you expect? Meanwhile, Leah’s just trying to keep everyone from killing everyone else. It’s either the vacation from hell or the best thing to ever happen to both groups.
