So I want to write something for halfamoon, but I'm not sure what yet? I was kind of thinking of a crossover with awesome ladies, like Buffy and Veronica meeting in a post-apocolyptic world or something? I don't know.

But since I seem to have ZERO creative powers lately, throw some ideas at me. Crossovers would be awesome (I still miss choco_cherries), or a fandom you know I’m in but I haven’t written for, or a movie you’d like to see fic for or something. I want to see if something sticks, basically. And obviously it has to be lady-centric.

I’d really rather not get prompts for things I write a lot of (for instance, if you want me to write some Buffy, please make sure that the premise is startlingly original?), just because I’m trying to stretch myself. And I think it goes without saying that I won’t be writing all of them or maybe any of them at all, but hopefully some discussion will inspire me?

Anyways…thoughts? Anyone? Bueller?

I have two ideas you can borrow . . . Joyce and Keith meet via internet dating, then Keith gets a job as Sunnydale Sheriff so he and Joyce can be together, therefore Veronica, Buffy and Dawn have to deal with being almost step sisters . . . the other idea is the Doctor of your choice and the Companion of your choice land in Sunnydale and help the Scoobies somehow. I probably will never get around to writing these, so if you want to adopt, I trust you with them like they were my children!

I feel like I'm not very good at writing meta? I basically just vomit my feelings all over the page, full of flail and capslocks and such. I don't have the patience to watch back through all the episodes and carefully plot out everything I want to say. So I usually don't write it? But who knows, I might actually come up with something!

Lilah Morgan and Adelle DeWitt!! I headcanon that Rossum has some sort of affiliation with the Wolfram & Hart of that dimension. (Though I think that dimension is pretty much human - just with the INTERDIMENSIONAL LAW FIRM that sometimes brings in demons and suchlike.) Anyways, Adelle and Lilah would be about the same age given the time between series. Maybe they used to know each other, even if Adelle was a science person before moving into management. They could have attended dinners for recruiting ambitious young people!! Maybe they meet up sometimes and bitch about shoes and then order assassinations. Or maybe Lilah was assigned to Dollhouse's dimension post-Angel - you work for Wolfram & Hart forever, after all. They could have business dealings! Or elevator conversations. Or sex!!

...good grief that was longer than I meant. I also enjoy Angela Petrelli, and totally ship her with Lionel Luthor from Smallville, if you've seen that. They're both magnificent bastards with unique parenting styles - I don't know fandom has ignored them in favour of shipping their kids with each other. Also Angela Petrelli and either of the magnificent ladies in the first paragraph.

Also Bonnie Bennett and Tara. Their families could know each other, what with witchcraft running in them, right? And Sheila Bennett/Giles. Yes.

What about if Jackie Burkhart is a new teacher at Sunnydale High School teaching drama or something and Buffy has to save her life, only to find out Jackie can take care of herself with her razor sharp tongue?

I know how much you love That 70s Show and I haven't seen you write much. Or maybe Jackie hires Keith to investigate the disappearance of her third (or fourth or fifth) husband and she and Veronica hit it off, her stepping in as a kind of mother figure?

Or! You could do the thing where you take a regular moment that happens in the lives of all your favourite female characters - I dunno, buying ketchup, saving someone's life, reading Pride and Prejudice - and the different ways they're doing it/reacting to it?
