Oh, y’all.  I’m so sad.

I am totally and completely obsessed with Veronica Mars.  Obsessed, I tell you.

I hate to admit that this is a new development.  I don't watch CW shows (well, I used to watch Gilmore Girls.   I liked the way they talked.  Every time Lorelei opened her mouth, it was like a riddle that needed solving.  But then Lorelei slept with Christopher, and if I cannot have my Lorelei/Luke banter, well, I'm outta there).  But VM looked halfway decent, so I got the first disc from our public library.

A week and a half later, my sister is as obsessed as I am, we've bought both the first and second seasons, and I'm two episodes away from the season two finale.

This was so not the time to get a new addiction.  For one thing, I'm right in the middle of exams.  Not that I would do all that much studying anyways--I'm one of those people most people hate because I read what I'm supposed to read, pay attention in class, do my homework, and then don't study at all and still make As and Bs--but still.  I might have done some had I not been spending every non-class, non-work waking hour ingesting this show.  It's seriously sucked my soul away.

But what's much worse...season 3 is still on.  As in, returned from a hiatus tonight.  And I can't watch it.  There's no way I'm letting myself start watching now, not with how much I've missed.  And so I'll have to wait until season 3 is over -- and then comes out on DVD in order to catch up!  I'm dying here!

And on top of all that...

I'm in love with Logan Echolls.

VM is a very, very awesome show :D Of course, now RT is getting desperate and bowing way too much to network/rating demands (eg. the last few eps of s3 have no long mystery arc. it's depressing. and awful :(), so maybe it's time anyway *sigh*

LOL, ah, yes, the woobie-belt scene. I think that the majority of the Logan fangirls started there :P I actually didn't start to even half-like him until far later; but RT seems to like doing stuff like that with Logan's characterization--making him a complete jackass, then slowly "redeeming" him/making everyone *understand* him somehow, then repeating all over again :P It amuses me; I no longer hate him like I sometimes did in S2, but that's sort of me over him now.

Oh, Cassidy--I *know*. Of course, the downside of watching as the show is on is the rampant spoilers/speculation that goes on, and which practically shoved poor Cassidy in my face before the finale. But I was very upset :(
