Okay, to continue overidentifying with Buffy, I'm an introverted person when it comes to expressing affection now, but I think life experiences (and my childhood) played a huge role in shaping how I interact with the outside world. Just, formative issues.
And I feel that Buffy is obviously an extrovert when we first meet her, but through the years of being the Slayer, she is forced to become more and more introverted.
So yeah, another way I identify with her. I just love how deep her characterization is. And I don't understand how anyone can think Joss doesn't love her character--she's so real. She is a creation made from love. VELVETEEN RABBIT.
