I think the show makes it pretty clear that everything Cordelia did while being posessed by Jasmine was involuntary- Skip says as much when Angel tracks him down- and when she comes back, she apologizes to Wes for killing Lilah, even though they both acknowledge that it wasn't her doing. So I think it's safe to say that she wasn't a willing participant. Also, I'd consider Connor to have been raped also in that scenario- he doesn't know that it's not Cordy, and if he realized what was really going on, he'd be horrified.

(Also, what about "Billy?" Wesley-under-the-spell doesn't rape Fred, but he tries his damndest to. I know a lot of the episode is actually a deconstruction of rape culture- especially his speech about her clothes- but it should probably go on the list. Also, does Gavin-under-the-influence sexually assault Lilah? It's made clear that he beat her quite badly, but not whether or not rape was involved.)

(Oh! And the episode where Angel is bodyswapped with the old guy and makes out with Lilah. Marcus (the sorcerer) is raping Angel by using his body to have sex with someone he would never touch otherwise, and Lilah by pretending to be Angel. Not that I get why she wanted to make out with Angel in the first place. GDI, writers.)
