I don't actually like to cook, but I do it enough that I will answer: five things that I most like to eat that I cook!

+ This goat cheese pasta with cherry tomatoes that I got from a one-pot cookbook
+ Another kind of pasta that's very simple and straightforward--sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, some cream and Parmesan, basil
+ Korean ground turkey
+ Homemade chili with Fritos and cheddar cheese and sour cream, though I'm going to have to drop this one because of the mixed dairy/meat *sadface*
+ Lemon honey mustard salmon with rice

Nifty! I used to enjoy cooking, but as I get older & more disabled, it's no longer fun.

I'm so picky about how I'll eat salmon! I also like this coconut lime recipe, but not quite as much.

+ There was this one time when Lucas was about 9 months old--maybe a little younger? he couldn't quite crawl yet--when Lil Sis laid him down on a blanket ont he floor and she and our mom and I just made silly faces at him and made him laugh for like thirty minutes and it was so silly and fun!!!

+ Any time I've gotten to rock them to sleep

+ Literally anytime Lia sings me one of her nonsense songs

+ The other day Lia put the iPad on the floor when she was talking to me and Logan army-crawled over to it and started patting my face

+ LESS HOURS omg I looooooove not going in until 10!
+ They really do good work here and even though I'm not in the public-facing part of that work, it's nice to be part of it
+ The building I work in is historic and really cool
+ Less traffic to deal with because of coming in after rush hour!
+ I have my own office and it has a lovely window!
