You know that meme that goes around at the holidays every year where you list the things you want in case someone on your flist can make one of them happen? I've never done it before, because I always felt like that would mean I was selfish and/or greedy, even though I don't think anyone else is when they do it (my issues , let me show you them).
But! I decided to do it this year, only listing things that won't cost anyone any money (only time), just creative/fannish things. Also, my birthday is January 4th, so if someone wanted to combine....And these are standing requests--if next September you find yourself bored and want to come up with something, I will not complain.
And y'all should do it, too, in case I can write something you'd like. Mine would probably be late (Yuletide, y'all!), but still, I'd love to see your prompts!
Because really, I guess this is more a list of prompts than anything. If one inspires you, run with it! Otherwise, ignore this completely! 'Kay? Kay.
1. Girls with guns header. See comment for details.
2. A "Buffy and Spike swap bodies" fic. I don't care how you do it or when it's set (a spell in S7, Spike swipes Faith's device in S4, etc.). I just expect hijinks and moments of understanding to ensue.
3. A fanvid featuring all the significant Buffy/Spike moments involving hands. There are so many! I'm not sure what song, though. Suggestions welcome; nothing too cheesy.
4. Mad Men S2 finale. Cuban missile crisis. NYC is hit and practically destroyed. Could the missiles have reached that far? I don't know, and I don't care. I just need an excuse for Mad Men apocalyptic fic! Any characters, lots of angst. Kill off as many people as you want to! ;)
5. Vicor/Sierra fic. Anything. At all.
6. Jeff/Annie (Community) fic. Snark, banter, dirtybadwrongness. Have Jeff be snarky, Annie be uptight, and both of them be deeply conflicted about it, and I'll be happy.
7. Skins fic recs. Original cast only please. I wanna read some good stuff.
8. Farscape John/Aeryn recs. I'm only a third of my way through the show, but consider this a pre-emptive strike. Anything at all involving these two will make me happy--fic, vids, icons, whatever. But especially fic.
9. Donna/Simm!Master fic. Yeah, I'm crazy, all right. Shippy or otherwise, I don't care, just as long as the two of them are interacting. Write it yourself or rec me to it.
10. Anything Veronika Decides to Die. Icons, fic, whatever. It's so pretty! And my mad, mad love for SMG continues unchallenged.

Ha! It so did! But I already had a girlcrush on Alison Brie because of Mad Men where she's totally awesome, and now she's being all uptight and adorable on Community, and Joel McHale is bringing his special brand of snarky (and dressing like a cowboy), and it cracks me up to no end. They're hilarious.

Anyways, I'm so glad you liked the prompts! And you never have to feel like you owe me anything because I feel like you do so much for me and are generally awesome in every single way. However, if you are inspired by anything, I'm sure whatever you produce will be beyond lovely.
Also, I still have that SPN fic you wrote bookmarked because I want to read it so bad, but I've been majorly failing at lj lately and I feel behind on everything. So someday, when you least expect it--BOOM. You shall receive feedback. It's like stealth feedback. True story.

So I think my one true fic kink is body swapping! I've spent so many hours searching for body swapping fics that didn't suck. And ha! Of course it's a trope you like, too. :D

Have you read "Impossibly Delightful Flesh"? It's not exactly a body swap fic, but most of the Scoobies (sans Willow and Giles, for plot reasons) swap genders. And it's really smut-heavy, which usually is not my thing at all, but it's a really interesting look at gender roles and expectations and all that sort of thing. Besides Girl!Spike is maybe the greatest thing ever. I feel like it's one of those fics you either love or hate, but I'm strangely fond of it.
