Hee, this post is a mini-novel. Jo would be so proud!

I love that scene of her at the ball with the feather!

She wanted it so bad, and how could I watch this character I love want something so badly and not want it myself? Ohhh yes, I ache for her when she doesn’t get the longed-for trip from Aunt March. And even though I’ve learned to woman up and like the ending for what it is, some small part of me still wishes we got Jo traipsing around the world with Laurie, or equally awesome, single writer!Jo setting off on her own adventures.

I attained that goal when I studied abroad in Vienna during college, and I think I partly have Jo March to thank for that experience.
<333 that is all.

Oh, Jo. Jo, you have so many extraordinary gifts; how can you expect to lead an ordinary life?
Fantastic quote! I love Winona Ryder’s face and her line delivery also; the part that comes to me right now is when she says she’s going to “STRANG-le” Amy’s teacher. :D

That Roeper quote is scary. Narrow destiny, aggggh. But I am happy Jo was/is/will be there for you whenever the future comes knocking. : )
