i have had a eureka moment

So everyone's freaking out abou the latest reveal in the Buffy comics, and I understand. I really do. Everyone has good reason to be upset and/or excited. Big news! Drama! Etc.!

But. I have come up with a solution to the whole comics situation that I think that we all (at least, almost everyone on my flist who cares about such things) can agree on.

Boom.

We're all happy.

Because we can trust them to love the characters and write them as themselves and also not offend any of our feminist sensibilities and provide us with a satisfying story.

(Maybe RTD could take over? Then we'd just have to deal with stupid plot holes and half the cast dying. Oh and lots of gay too! \o/)

ha! I had everything figured out and I was very happy in my icons without much drama, precious paper world. I was so good, my mind was intact in my world of fanfics too (well, except my brain damage of the s8, but who cares) And now, I'm so out of me, maybe it's tinkerbell and their eggs, maybe not, but WHO KNOWS.

Anyway, you can read my mind. Both, the great reason why this comic has a good reason to be read and feel the most happy person in the world. And here the gift, delicious narrative, they are intelligent, witty, with the emotional maturity to see a character, to have the courage to go and make them fight their mistakes. To say something! to take a risk! my unhappiness about this comic is inversely proportional to the love I have for both. They are my constant, always.

♥ Our little Spuffy corner of fandom should do a round robin. Or we should do a 'Choose Your Own Adventure' with lots of different versions (one where she keeps the baby, one where she doesn't, one where X is the father, etc.).
