I feel for Buffy, it's be horrible to watch everyone you love die. Everyone complains about getting older but I think if you were left out, watching everyone around you go through those stages in their life it'd be rough. I'm so glad you feel this way. This is exactly the kind of reaction I was trying to get. Sure, Buffy was in the wrong for running out on Spike, but this is huge for her. She's going to make mistakes, but I wanted to make sure you can still see her side of things. I'm so relieved to know that you did!

Yes he loves being a vamp, but he too has to watch the people he cares for die, and if Buffy finds a way to no longer be immortal, then one day he would truly be all alone, in a way Buffy couldn't imagine. So true. Spike's issues are very different, but he has them.
