Yes, that's the one :] It's a very bittersweet, or heartbreaking concept, depending on how it'd be written. You could be in love with someone but not destined to be their soulmate, you could have a timer that says you'll meet you're soulmate when you're elderly, or your timer isn't even active because your soulmate out there hasn't received a timer yet.. lots of interesting ways to write some ships :]
