I have some of these and they work well when I'm wearing regular shirts with sleeves, but the straps tend to be pulled tight enough that they show inside my collar on some things. And they don't work with all those spaghetti-strap dresses I have. But maybe I need to find a clasp that doesn't pull it so tight?
