Well, apparently she studied in England but seriously, no-one really speaks like that apart from the uber-privately-educated minority. And even then, it just sounded really forced and wrong. I can deal with Drusilla's because she's from an older time. I mean, it's a pretty bad Cockney accent but as far as they go, it's really not that bad.
