happy day!

It's gorgeous and warm outside and I'm wearing a sundress and Lil Sis and I cleaned ALL the things and I'm going to the grocery and the pharmacy later and then going to do my taxes and make some phone calls, and I feel like an adult! So productive!

Also did I mention that I went to see In the Heights and it was flawless and I fell in love? And that I've been listening to the original cast recording nonstop ever since? And that I think that the tour cast is better than the original, especially the girl who plays Nina?

AND DOCTOR WHO SOON. AND GAME OF THRONES. AND BORGIAS. AND OTHER THINGS THAT ARE EXCELLENT. And soon Parks and Rec will be back and so will Vampire Diaries and I have heard things that make me think there will be some EXCELLENT BONNIE DEVELOPMENT, and have I mentioned that I love television?

In short, this is a good day, and I hope it's good for y'all, too!

Yay for warm weather. It's not quite that warm today, but it's supposed to be in the 80s on Monday! Sweetttt.

OMG. Game of Thrones. WINTER IS COMING. So fucking ready for it. Although, I don't have HBO here at school, so I'm going to be hounding people for downloads.

I didn't see the OBC (I live on the West Coast so lol obviously I can't) BUT I DID SEE CHRIS JACKSON AND I'M SORRY BUT I THINK HE IS THE BEST EVER HIS VOICE IS LIKE BUTTER AND I JUST LOVE HIM. True facts, I went to NYC this past summer and decided to see the Broadway cast even though I saw the tour because I just wanted to see Chris Jackson and best decision of my life, really. But I liked a LOT of the tour cast better than the current Broadway cast then. I saw Arielle Jacobs on tour and I thought she was amazing but I know it's mostly new tour cast members now but I am so excited to see them and it's coming to a city nearby-ish this upcoming season AND I AM CRYING I LOVE THAT SHOW IT IS MY FAVORITE EVER IT JUST HAS SO MUCH HEART AND LIN IS A LOVELY HUMAN BEING AND I HATE THAT I NEVER SAW HIM.

OH BUT HOW WAS LEXI LAWSON AS VANESSA? I saw her as Mimi in Rent and I liked her a lot!

SO HAPPY YOU'RE HAVING A HAPPY DAY! Unfortunately, I'm in work uniform at the office instead of in a sundress enjoying the sunshine. Boo. I've been watching Parks and Rec and have been falling in love with April's face. No one can do deadpan quite like April. I seriously need to get all the good TV to come in my datebook so that when I'm obsessing over school I can glance down and see "OOH! Doctor Who this weekend!" so I can cheer myself up.

I got an extension on the essay to end all essays (what I'm calling it now), and I think I'm gonna harass you into reading a draft or two when I'm finished. Is draft reading kosher in your household?
