You know, as a freshman, my campus ministry was awesome because the leadership were all extroverts that would come over and start the conversation, so I didn't have to do any of the heavy lifting. :) I don't know if I'd have made any friends in college if not for them reaching out to me.

Then I started to hate it once I was an upperclassman, because now I was in leadership and therefore expected to be the one reaching out and starting conversations. Not at all comfortable for me.
