It's March. Fandom Steel Cage Match Month. So...for the next twenty some-odd days...I'm going to be a shameless, shameless fangirl. There will be .gifs. There will be capslocks. There will be impassioned pleas for votes.
Now, I know this isn't all that different from business as usual around here (sans the whole voting thing)...but I'm probably going to annoy the guts out of you. This is my time to let my fangirl freak flag fly. And I'm excited!

I totally understand! Those two parts of me are often in conflict! But Taaaaami. She takes care of everybody! There's someone who keeps going around saying, "A vote for Tami is a vote for everyone!" Which makes me want to huggle her forever!
1. When I started shipping them Dude, I don't think it even occured to me to ship them until "Weapons of Class Destruction." And all of a sudden they're kissing and that song is playing and INSTANT SHIP. Or wait. Did Logan breaking down over his mom happen before that? Did I ship it then? I don't even remember. Though I remember loving that scene, too.
2. What I think their challenge is Logan wants to protect Veronica. Veronica doesn't want to be protected. Something's gotta give.
3. What makes me happy about them Greatest snark ever! And like you said (I think it was you?): they're an inversion of the enemies-become-lovers trope, because they were initially good friends. And I love that they were intially good friends.
4. What makes me sad about them I didn't even watch S3 all the way through. I saw some at the beginning at some at the end, so I still don't know why they broke up. But the fact that they broke up: that makes me sad.
5. What moment I wish had never happened Logan and body shots. Sadness!
6. Who I'd be comfortable them ending up with, if not each other I can't think of anyone for Veronica. Probably a crossover pairing. ;) For Logan...Lily.
7. My happily ever after for them She becomes an FBI agent, he inherits all of his dad's money; they travel the world FIGHTING CRIME. With Wallace and Mac and Papa Mars along for the ride! They snark and fight and have fluffy moments and basically kick ass!

1. When I started shipping them "Fool for Love." Back porch. THEY BREATHE IN SYNC.
2. What I think their challenge is Well, originally it was that Spike didn't have a soul and that he loved her and she didn't love him. Now, though, it's all about communication. They communicate in different ways. Buffy has a hard time saying things, but Spike needs to hear them. So if they're ever going to have a chance, she's got to learn to say things straight out.
3. What makes me happy about them Um, everything? The snark. The dirtybadwrong sex. The affection he has for her sister and mom. The fac that she forgave him. The fact that she believes in him. The fact that he really knows her and still thinks she's awesome. The fact that he has a thing for her hair. The way they're so gentle with each other in S7. Did I mention EVERYTHING EVER?
4. What makes me sad about them "Seeing Red." And that they aren't together at this very moment.
5. What moment I wish had never happened See above.
6. Who I'd be comfortable them ending up with, if not each other Um...I don't know. I don't want anyone in canon to be with Buffy. If she's going to be with someone else, it should be someone completely new, someone who sees her as an adult and appreciates that. I love Spike/Dru, but he could never go back there again. If he's not with Buffy, I want him to keep being BFFs with Angel.
7. My happily ever after for them The two of them kicking demon ass and snarking and fighting and having beautiful gentle moments and having a family with Dawn and getting to be happy. That's really what I want for both of them. Just to be happy. *sigh*

1. When I started shipping them Probably before I even started reading the books. I was a late-comer, and I'd been told how awesome they were, so I went in looking for it!
2. What I think their challenge is Stubborneess.
3. What makes me happy about them The way they challenge each other.
4. What makes me sad about them That it took them so dang long!
5. What moment I wish had never happened I honestly can't think of one. Everything that happened had to happen.
6. Who I'd be comfortable them ending up with, if not each other No one. I don't compromise on these two. Though I wouldn't mind if Hermione never married and became the Minister of Magic and ushered in the Wizarding World's golden age. That'd be pretty badass. And then Ron be an Auror with Harry.

1. When I started shipping them Um, as soon as I figured out that the guy with the dinosaurs was married to the Warrior Woman
2. What I think their challenge is The GIANT POLE sticking through Wash's belly. But seriously, I think their major issue on the show was Zoe's loyalty to Mal, but they dealt with that. And then there was the idea of having a family. I think that would have been awesome to explore if the show had lasted.
3. What makes me happy about them They're such an unexpected pair. You don't see Beta Male/Alpha Female very often. They shouldn't work, but they're so taken with each other that they do. They leave me with a huge grin on my face.
