The Last Unicorn really is gorgeous. I read that writing it was like pulling teeth for Beagle and it took people telling him it was good to convince him it WAS good. Interesting how creating works sometimes! But he seems to have accepted it as his signature work – he always uses images from the movie for his Facebook posts.
