Yeah. I mean, I agree with you that "just as easily" is an overstatement, since I think that taking the path of least resistance is a lot of our (humanity's) problem, but fundamentally, yeah. We can all wake up tomorrow morning and decide, for example, to have no more war. There is nothing that fundamentally prevents it. That's not the way it's going to happen, but it's a state that is possible in principle. I think about that all the time.
