Y'ALL SHOULD DOOOO THIIIIS. Just think about it: there are so many guys who need to get knocked-up in fiction. Aeryn should totally knock up Crichton. Dean and Sherlock should get knocked up (by Jo or Bela or Ruby and by Irene or Molly) to see how they would freak the hell out. Angel should get knocked up with Connor in an AU wherein Darla doesn't have to die and the cycle of misogyny on AtS never gets going. What if guys can get pregnant in the future and Wash and Zoe decide that Wash should be the one to carry the baby because it's less dangerous for him to do it than Zoe? Mickey and Martha having badass babies and Mickey being soooo confused by being the one who gets pregnant! Or Rory and Amy OR Eleven and River conceiving on the TARDIS and it makes the guy have a baby (maybe because the TARDIS thinks Rory is pretty? I DON'T KNOW. STRANGER THINGS HAVE HAPPENED). Damon should have a prophecy!baby (by Katherine, preferrably) because WHY NOT? MULDER SHOULD BE PREGNANT RIGHT NOW AND SCULLY CAN SMIRK AND ROLL HER EYES WHEN HE WHINES. WHAT IF GAIUS BALTAR HAD SIX'S BABY INSTEAD OF SIX HAVING TIGH'S BABY BECAUSE THAT'S HOW CYLONS ROLL, YO????? Or, in the world's most ultimate crack!fic, Matthew's miraculous recovery leads to things working a bit strangely and Mary (or Lavinia because: DARLING GIRL) gets him hella pregnant and everyone at Downton freaks out but Cora is like, "Well, at least we're gonna have an heir."

These are all things I want to see happen. So you should write them for me. Look at the picture of the pretty man with the adorable baby. How can you possibly say no to that?
